Banana Pudding Cake
When my internet was down, I had forgotten the measurements and confused it with the Chocolate Brownie cake. I used 1/2 cup of bananas, 1/2 cups of oil and water, and 8oz of sour cream. Surprizingly enough, everyone loved it as it was super moist. Both ways have gotten rave reviews with family and friends and is often a sure way to use up those left over bananas getting dark on the shelf
