Amazing Apple Cake
Very good recipe if you like a strong cinnamon taste (which we do). I chopped up 4 small apples and that seemed to do the job. I was lazy to measure the apples but 5 c. + seemed a lot to me. Moist and yummy!

Hillary Clinton's Chocolate Chip Cookies
Used 1/2 c unsalted butter and 1/2 c butter flavored shortening and lessened chips to 1 c. I would've given it a 5 star rating but I made some changes so it gets a 4. My two kids (2 & 5) loved these cookies.

Banana Crumb Muffins
Followed exact recipe and muffins turned out great. I just used a fork to mix up batter -- it's that easy! Yielded 15 muffins and not 10. My two kids (5 & 2) loved them.
