What a beautiful appetizer! I also rolled out the crust between sheets of saran and used a cup to cut out the circles. My daughter took the quiches to a girls Christmas party so I added bits of red paprika and chopped parboiled broccoli for the red and green effect. Being in Japan, I had to substitute the cheeses with what I found in the stores here but the quiches still managed to survive. Thank you for a great recipe!

What an easy pie to make! My strawberries were a bit tart, so I had no problem with an overly sweet pie. No need to arrange the strawberries as the glaze covers everything up, just pile them in! I added more strawberries and refrigerated it overnight,& it jelled fine. Refreshing and delicious!

Delicious cake! The first time I tried this recipe, my family voted out the nuts, so I tried it again, used fresh oj, more apples and cinnamon in the batter. Laughed when a bunch of 10 yr old boys deliriously enjoyed it after school here, they were so happy! Thanks for sharing!
