This turned out good and moist but for some reason lacked flavour. I think I'll add vegetable broth next time instead of water.

Excellent change from traditional pizza. I was rushed so I used prepared chicken from the grocery store. I found the avocado spread extremely tasty. The cilantro is a must so don't omit.

I served this to friends the other night along with other pizzas. This was their favourite. I added Tex Mex seasoning to the cheese and omitted the olives and lettuce and it was still good. Next time I would add a layer of refried beans/black beans over the cream cheese spread (just like I would do for nacho dip). I made homemade dough as well from this site and not-to-worry it was very easy and impressed all.
