German Apple Cake I
Turned out fluffy and delicious. I followed other reviewers and reduced the oil (though I used melted butter) by half, and used 1.5 cups of sugar. Still a little sweet for my taste. Used 5 cups of apples. Husband and mother in law loved it!

Blueberry Scones
Quick and easy, even though I didn't have all the ingredients on hand. Used milk instead of cream, and divided the batter - did 1/2 with frozen raspberries and the other with fresh OJ and rind. Both were nice, not too sweet. Added a splash of vanilla. Roomies loved them.

Classic Spanish Sangria
Wow! I have never had so many people ask me for a recipe before. Took a double batch to a summer party and it was gone in a moment. So many compliments! I used 1/2 the amount of rum and lemonade instead of OJ. Also added strawberries and blueberries with the citrus fruits. I will be making this often - thanks so much!!
