Southwest Chicken
Excellent. Used Rotel original tomatoes with chilis. A little spicy for the kids but tasted amazing. Might need to use the Rotel mild next time. Seasoned the chicken with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper like some of the reviews suggested. Served it with brown rice and everything came out amazing. Put a little cheese and sour cream on top for the kids. Definitely will be making this again.

Fabulous Fried Cabbage
Made it just like the directions and it turned out great. Definitely will be making again.

Slow Cooker Dump and Go Cheesy Chicken
I wasn't too sure about it when it came time to eat it but it was pretty good. The chicken came out really tender. Served it with rice.
