I cut the sugar down to 1 cup and used 3 extremely ripe bananas. They were still really sweet. I left off the cream cheese frosting because we just really didn't need it! They were still great and gobbled up. I'm sure I will try them with the frosting sometime but you can make them without and they are wonderful moist and delicious.

This is wonderful. My husband likes it better than the pretzel salad with strawberries and jello on top. I must say I do too! I accidently used 2 blocks of cream cheese, the recipe only calls for one. But we really liked it and I will continue to make it that way.

I give this five stars because of the its easy and the taste is great. There are so many different ways you could make this. I followed the recipe exactly and used the satiny chocolate glaze recipe from this site.
