Strawberry and Feta Salad
This was absolutely delicious. I used extra virgin olive oil in place of the vegetable oil and I used whole roasted almonds instead of using the slivers b/c the whole almonds are so much less expensive. I started to sliver the almonds myself, but quickly got tired of that and just added them whole and they were wonderful. We really loved this salad. Thank you for the recipe!

Simple Scones
These were delicious! I made them by hand as the recipe suggested and did not think they were difficult to work with at all. I don't think dirtying up the food processor is worth it, it's very easy to work by hand and it reminds me of my grandmother baking before all the fancy gadgets were around. I replaced the sour cream with Greek yogurt and I used 1/2 white chocolate chips and 1/2 semisweet chunks. I also used a pizza cutter to cut the scones out. I dipped the pizza cutter in water and stuck it in my sugar bowl and it worked beautifully. I love this recipe and will make it again and again - I can't wait to try other goodies in the scones! Update : I made another batch using butterscotch chips - my favorite so far!
