Dark Chocolate Candy Cane Crackles

very easy to make and yummy. If you don't have a silicone pad use parchment paper. It works just as well. I also used the big pieces of candy canes to put on top of the cookies.

Baked French Toast

Very good! I make this EVERYTIME we have a potluck at work. I do a couple things different. Instead of slices I cube the bread (easier to dish out). I added pecans to the topping and then poured on the bread. I also used egg beaters instead of eggs and I used light butter syrup.
