Honey Pork Oriental
I thought the cooking time was way too long. I sauteed the pork until a nice golden color, and only let the sauce simmer for about 7 minutes before adding veggies. I didn't have carrots, so I threw in red, yellow, and green bell peppers. The sauce is very, very good. It got a thumbs up from my oldest DS. There's not a lot of sauce, but that's how we like it. Overall, it was a good recipe that we will make again.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
Terrific! We will never buy a box mix again. I did cut down on the baking powder by 1/2 tsp. and added a dash of cinnamon and 1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract. Oh so yummy! Not only were they good, but the color was excellent. I don't know if that's the recipe or the griddle I used, but normally my pancakes don't come out looking so pretty! Even DH said they looked and tasted restaurant quality. Thanks for the recipe!

Chicken and Garlic
I followed the recipe exactly, but still didn't care for it. However, I think it's just my taste buds. The rest of the family raved about it. Must husband really liked it. I think I will try it again in fajitas as another user suggested.
