I didn't care for this. If you really like a cake that's not sweet then may this is for you.

Not worth your time. I agree with the others, it's too sweet and I used half the sugar. I added another 1/4 C of butter because the cake mix was still powdery not crumbly at all. The topping hardly covered the pan. Will not make again.

Following the other leads, I made my sauce before I cooked the chicken. Much easier. I used half the butter and still the taste was fantastic. I cooked the chicken in olive oil which is easier than clarifying butter. I served it with sauteed mushrooms and rice. I think spinach would have been a great addition. Everyone liked it.
