Bourbon Pecan Chicken
Following the other leads, I made my sauce before I cooked the chicken. Much easier. I used half the butter and still the taste was fantastic. I cooked the chicken in olive oil which is easier than clarifying butter. I served it with sauteed mushrooms and rice. I think spinach would have been a great addition. Everyone liked it.
