Gourmet Mushroom Risotto
great recipe all on it's own. i will also add some dried mushrooms to the chicken broth when heating and remove some of the fresh ones.

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches
i make this all the time. love it love it! you can switch out what kind of meat you use, doesn't have to be rump roast.

Amy's Delicious Turkey Burgers
