Quick, easy, and absolutely delicious! I found this recipe when I needed a quick dessert that didn't require many ingredients. EVERYONE raved about this pie. My father-in-law also commented about how it has a great taste without a whole lot of sugar (he's a diabetic). I just finished making another one to take to Thanksgiving dinner today!

I made this for my Mom (she requested a coconut cream pie instead of a birthday cake) and she loved it! My family aren't big dessert eaters but this pie was gone in an instant! I used the 1/4 c cornstarch & 1/4 c flour and cooked on a double boiler and it came out perfect! You just have to be patient while cooking this because it takes close to an hour to come to a boil.

Was an absolute hit with my family! I added a little bit of vanilla and a bit of sugar and it gave the dip a little something it needed. I will definitely make this time and time again@
