Janet's Rich Banana Bread
I am on the hunt for the best banana bread recipe ever, and this is currently at the top of my list! I make it almost exactly per the recipe, the only differences being that I mash the bananas and I usually add a couple of extra tablespoons of butter. Bad, I know - but ohhh so good! My favorite is when it's fresh out of the oven and just cooled enough to eat! The crust is AMAZING!!! Unfortunately the crunchy crust goes away the next day, but it's still absolutely delicious!
