Seafood Salad III
The salad was as good or better than Deli salads. In Place of the skim milk I used sour cream. For crunch I added sliced water chesnuts and chopped onion.

Fudge Truffle Cheesecake
Excelant creamy cheesecake. I topped the cake off with a chocolate ganache and served it with a rasberry flavored whipped cream. HEAVENLY.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
Very Good and flavorful. Made the soup less the chili beans . Black beans were sufficient.I used the diced tomatoes with mild green chilies and the soup still had alot of flavor.
