I don't rate many recipes, but this one deserves 5-Stars. My guests LOVED it. They all said it was the best salad they've ever eaten, and commented that it was like eating dessert before the dinner. I agree, it's one of the best. I made it for the first time three weeks ago, and decided to make it for family at Thanksgiving. I made it just as the recipe said, without altering a thing. I recommend it to anyone for any meal. You may want to put the dressing on the side, because you'll want to eat this one for days afterwards.

I've made this pumpkin roll multiple times a year for more than five years, so I figured it was time to write a 5-Star review. It has become a classic recipe and one of my personal favorites. I have made this as gifts and as desserts with Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner. I used the recipe "as is" and it worked out beautifully. Very Yummy!

I don't mean any disrespect, but I really didn't like this recipe at all. I had much bigger expectations. I made 3 batches for 12 pint jars, and every one was disappointing. I think there's too much of the powdered milk, and not enough sugar or chocolate. In the end, I could have just wrapped up a box of Nestle's Hot Cocoa, and it would have tasted better. Sorry. It just wasn't for me.
