My mom makes THE BEST collard greens and she passed her recipe on to me. I try to make them weekly. I've made quite a few dishes on this site and I'm proud to say that all of them have been a success with the exception of one! Jalapeno cheese rice.... YUUUUUUUUCK!!!!!!!!
