Hearty Tortellini Soup
This soup was super easy to make. No chopping or anything. I doubled the recipe & it was a big success with my friends. I'll be making this again. Thanks for sharing this one!

Turkey Tetrazzini II
Very Good. I did alter the recipe a bit, added sauted mushrooms & peas. I did make the roux, but added some cottage cheese to the liquid mixture. You don't see the cottage cheese, but it does add a nice rich favor. Oh yeah, I spiced it up just a touch with crushed reds. Yummy!!!
