Heartland Vegetable Bake
Our family enjoyed this. I used a can of sliced potatoes rather than the red potatoes to save some time. I also added a little mustard powder to the sauce.

Middle Eastern Turkey Dogs
My kids absolutely loved this. I served on oblong shaped naan, so I shaped the turkey into ovals and served with yogurt/cucumber/dill/garlic/lemon sauce. My kids ate it like a sandwich while my husband stacked everything & used a fork. Thanks for the recipe!

Sweet and Sour Chicken II
This was a bit too sweet for our taste, so I will cut back on the brown sugar next time. But other than that, it was a hit. I also used Wondra rather than regular flour becasue I am terrible at making smooth sauces. It went well with fried rice.
