Cherry Winks

My auntie Kay made these 50 yrs ago and there is nothing that reminds me of christmas more than the cherry wink cookies. I had lost my recipe a few years ago. Thank you they are sooooooo delicious.

This is a very simple and good recipe. I found the italian bread crumbs added good flavor, I also use salt and pepper. I covered mine with a glaze of tomato soup and brown sugar. There was no leftovers.

Aussie Chicken

My husband saw me making this and I could tell by his expression that he thought "Oh No", Well needless to say, he loved it and ask for it the next week.
