I omitted the rosemary as a) I'm not a huge fan, and b) I didn't want to buy an entire package when I was only using it for one recipe. Even without the rosemary, the meat turned out amazingly tasty and flavorful. I marinated the chicken for about 24 hours, threaded the cubes onto skewers, and cooked it on my Foreman grill. I served it in warm pitas with lettuce, tomato and onion, with a little more Ranch dressing. Absolutely delicious!! I'll definitely be making this again. Thanks so much, Theresa!
