Tex-Mex Corn on the Cob
I love corn on the cob cooked on the grill, but sometimes if I am in a hurry I don't have time to do a receipe from scratch, so have tried mixing a few shakes of taco seasoning into the melted butter. Not as good as the recipe, but a quick fix ifyou are in a hurry.

Peppermint Brittle
These tasted great, but the peppermint candy melted and turned all of the white chocolate PINK. Not sure what I did wrong.

Cabbage Rolls II
This is very similar to my grandmother's recipe as far as contents, but she NEVER cooked the rice before mixing, and she always cooked them on the stove top, first bringing to a boil, and then a slow simmer for about an hour.
