Brunch Omelet Torte
Amazingly delicious! This is so beautiful... people are always impressed when I make this (I double it & use a 9x13 rectangular pan). I've made all the layers the night before, assembled them & covered it with plastic til the morning & just added the egg wash. DEEEEELICIOUS!

Chewy Caramel
You MUST use butter!!!! I've made this recipe seperate times with butter and then again with margarine. The taste is no where near perfect with the margarine. The butter is the ONLY way to go for that creamy flavor!!!

Southern Style Chicken and Dumplings
Great recipe for Southern Dumplings. I made my own recipe for the chicken & broth. NO LEMON, NO BAY LEAF, NO THYME! I cooked the chicken with 1 chopped onion, 3 diced carrots, and 3 ribs of diced celery. Add chicken broth & some black pepper (just the same as how I make soup)... THEN follow the recipe for the dumplings!
