These are good. They hit the sweet spot, without being over the top.
I only used 3 cups of oats, 1 cup of Special K cereal & 100g chopped dates. As well as 1 tbs butter and low fat sweetened condensed milk.
The oats are pretty energy dense, so I'm going to substitute other cereals next time and add dried apricots as well.
This is a great basic recipe.
