Sesame Beef
I've made this recipe many times at our house. I find that you really have to use a good cut of meat for it to be tender enough, so I use boneless sirloin. The round steak is just to tough. I also add red pepper flakes, broccoli and mushrooms and serve it over plain ramen noodles. It is delicious.

Lemon Garlic Tilapia
This was very good and easy. I used concentrated lemon juice and a few more cloves of garlic. Definetly will make again.

Roast Pork with Maple and Mustard Glaze
I would give this a 5 but my boyfriend said 3.5 so I guess it gets a 4. I thought this was so quick and easy and it makes great leftovers. My roast was 2.5 lbs and it cooked for about 1.5hrs. I did think the glaze was very runny but I just basted the roast every so often while it was cooking. After the roast was done we cut it up and put it in a big serving bowl and poured the sauce over it. Yummy.
