Smoked Salmon and Egg Salad

This is a great, pretty fast recipe. Just used dill from the jar and it worked well. also used a quarter of a white onion. A little too onion-y.

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins

My roommates made this yesterday morning. They were SO good. Just the right amount of cream cheese, struesel topping and wonderful pumpkin taste and texture.

Raspberry Bars

It was pretty good. It only needs a quarter cup of butter in the bottom layer, I poured butter off of it when I took it out of the oven. I also used apricot jam instead of raspberry

I grew up with this recipe. The lemon glaze is supposed to seep into the second layer. The author didn't forget to add lemon to the second layer. I also suggest not adding lemon to the second layer but increasing the amount of lemon juice in the glaze to 6 tsps

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Banana Cake VI

Blueberry Cornmeal Muffins

I just made these last night. The dough turned out very runny and made a lot. It was looking like I was going to have too much dough for my 12 cup muffin tin but I filled them as much as I dared to and they rose but it wasn't a mess. The color is great, a nice golden color-the texture, and taste the cornmeal gives is a winner. I made these with a frozen berry mix and it turned out great!! Will definitely do these again

Buffalo Chicken Wings II

Totally Kickin! These are great. Only complaint is that more sauce is needed to coat the wings. Other than that they are AWESOME! Oh, if you like the heat, jack up the amount of hot pepper sauce! Enjoy!
