So easy and so perfect. I just wish I could get mine to look like the picture. They were delicious. I think this is one of my favorite recipes for this. Thanks for the post.

Mom's Favorite Baked Mac and Cheese

This is delicious. I omitted the mustard because I forgot about it. It was delicious, but I'm sure it would be even better with it. Thanks for the post.

Herb, Garlic and Bacon Pork Loin

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2007
This was good....I liked the flavor and the pork was tender, but it tasted like it was a little dried out to me. I liked the bacon and onion flavor along with the herbs. I will make again, but try to add more chicken stock next time. Thanks for the post.

Asian Salmon

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2007
I followed this exactly...except for the fact that the salmon fillet we had didn't have skin on it. Hubby loved it. I thought it was really good too. I will definately make again, but will probably let it cook under the broiler for a few minutes at the end to get the good carmelization that another reviewer suggested. Thanks for the post.

Sesame Beef

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2007
Hubby and I both loved this. I added some asparagus for hubby (I don't like the stuff) and served it with a side of sesame rice and crab rangoon. Delicious. Can't wait to make again. Thanks for the post.

Tartar Sauce I

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2007
This was really good. Hubby likes tartar sauce more than I do....so this comes from him. The only negative was that it was a little too thin. He wanted a thicker sauce...but the taste was great. Thanks for the post.

Basil Chicken and Pasta

This is very good, but I have to admit that we like the Chicken in Basil Cream recipe better. There wasn't anything wrong with this...and we followed the recipe exactly. Just liked the other one better. Thanks for the post.

Craig's Cocktail Sauce

Had to double the recipe because the hot sauce was just to hot for us. Still very good now that we know that. Thanks for the recipe.

Marinated Tuna Steak

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2007
I did reduce the soy just a little (it wasn't loy sodium) and I didn't want a very salty taste. I also added just a little honey and I am glad that I did. I wanted just a little sweet in the background. I had the dried herbs on hand so I used those. It turned out really well. I will definately be making this again. Thanks for the post.

Pizza Dough I

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2007
This was really good. I did follow the advice of other reviewers and let it rise for about 30 minutes. I also added some oregano, basil, and rosemary to the dough for some flavor. I pre-cooked the dough for about 5 minutes before adding the sauce, toppings, and cheese. We baked it in a cast iron pan. It was a little denser than I wanted, but still good. Hubby wants me to make again for lunch tomorrow. Thanks for the recipe.

Beefy Cheese Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2007
This was good. The only complaint is that there was too much meat....but seriously who says that. We thought it was good. I did want a little more kick so I might add some hot peppers next time. Thanks for the post.

Fried Rice with Ginger, Hoisin, and Sesame

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2007
I read the reviews and decided to make it as it is written the first time....it was ok. The second time I did change it a bit. I didn't use the bbq sauce....instead used a duck sauce. We liked it better the second time around ...without the bbq. Thanks for the post.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2007
This was good. I used white meat chicken because I already had it on hand. I did like the sauce, but it didn't thicken like I thought it would. I also reduced the oven temp because 425 seemed really high for an hour. It was good...thanks for the post.

Easy Pork Chop Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2007
This was good. The pork was very tender, but was a little bland. I did dredge the pork in flour before browning in the electric skillet. I used the skillet for the entire meal instead of using the oven. I used roasted garlic mushroom soup. I will probably make again. Thanks for the post.

Moist Garlic Chicken

This is the recipe I use when I need to make a chicken salad or some other dish that requires boiled chicken. This turns out very moist and has just a little flavor so you can use it with almost anything. Thanks for the post.

Basic Chicken Salad

Exactly what the name implies. Great and simple. I didn't use the almonds because we didn't have any. I did add just a little sprinkle of garlic powder and some sweet pickle relish....it was delicious. Thanks for the post.

Made this for hubby who loves bacon cheddar anything....he loved it. So did my 2 yr. old son who just kept eating the dip...and not the crackers. Will definately make again (probably for the next family get together). Thanks for the post.
