Miniature Cheesecakes

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2006
This was good. My mom used to make these all the time for us when we were younger. There is nothing better than coming home from school and being able to eat one of these for a snack. The nutmeg was a little too overpowering (read reviews after making). Will make again, but reduce the amount (or might leave it out all together). Thanks for the post.

Skin-on Savory Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2006
Went to make this, started to add the sour cream, and realized I had none. So, I used cream cheese instead. Second time I made this recipe exactly and it was delicious. Another great way to make a classic. Thanks for the post.

Blackened Tuna

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2006
This was good. Hubby bought some fresh "tuna cubes". Had no idea what to do with them....and then found this recipe. The seasoning was a little bit much, wanted more tuna flavor and less cajun. Will definately make again, but will reduce the amount of seasonings to suit our tastes. Thanks for the post.

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies III

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2006
Made these for hubby who loves both white chocolate and macadamia nuts....these were good. The cookies did flatten a bit when in the oven. That was the only complaint. Will make again. Thanks for the post.

Boston Baked Beans

Delicious....didn't change a thing except to add some cooked backon pieces as a topping. Hubby loved this and asked to make sure I keep this in the rotation. Thanks for the post.

Oriental Dipping Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2006
This was good. Not was I was hoping to get with this recipe, but still something that we liked. The soy is a VERY dominant flavor...and I was hoping it would be a little less strong and let some of the other flavors come through. Thanks for the post.

E-Z Marinated Swordfish

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2006
Very good marinade. Only comment is that the lime juice is a very dominant flavor. I will definately use again, but will reduce the amount a little so it isn't as strong. (only marinated it for 30 minutes). Thanks for the post.

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2006
Made these for hubby....who LOVES his wings. I actually used chicken breast tenders instead (all I had on hand) and it was delicious. Didn't change a thing. Hubby asked me to print out and keep on hand to make again (major points for that). Thanks for the post.

Chicken In Basil Cream

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2006
I loved this....hubby said 4 stars (I say 4.5) I doubled the amount of sauce to have enough to spoon over egg noodles, but didn't double the amount of basil and it was really good. Have never used fresh basil before and love it. Tastes really fresh. Thanks for the post...a definate keeper. This recipe is almost identical to the Basil Cream Chicken....they are both good. Thanks for the post.

This is similar to another recipe I have for this....Southwest Kicker Sauce. I like the one I use now better, but this is still good. Thanks for the post.

Asian Orange Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2006
This was delicious. I made the mistake of not reading the recipe correctly and could only marinate it for about 30 minutes and it still turned out wonderful. I also ended up using just a little more brown sugar and ended up grating the ginger. Didn't measure the orange juice (just eyeballed it) and it was fabulous. Hubby loved it and said he wouldn't mind eating this again. Thanks for the post.
