I used this recipe, except I used a cup of pecans finely ground inside of the rum balls, and a cup of chopped almonds on top of a hard candy shell. I used baker's chocolate for candy making, dusted the almonds on top before they set so it would stick well, this recipe yielded 101 (melon ball scoop sized) balls.
