Red Skinned Potato Salad

I needed a potato salad for a bbq and this fit the bill! I also cubed the potatos before cooking and did not use 2 whole cups of mayo- maybe one and half. Yum!

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

I would like to add my praise for this salad-- it is relatively inexpensive to make and was a huge hit-- and so fast to make -easy to transport! Excellent salad for family and friends.

Hot Fudge Ice Cream Bar Dessert

I am so glad i made this dessert tonighht. It was a little costly but made so much, we will be eating it for a long time! My guests thouoght I had made the layers of what they thought was chocolate cake in between the icecream!! I told them the secret, and now they all want the recipe. Excellent for a crowd.

Absolutely the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

I agree- this is an A-one cookie recipe. I used butter instead of the butter flavoured shortening and I also used my child's uneaten solid chocalate Eater bunny(chopped up) as my chips.. they were fabulous cookies and I gave them to all my neighbours as "thank- yous" for being such great people. Yum!!
