Soft Gingersnaps
I am not a big fan of gingersnaps but I decided to give these a try. I followed the recipe exactly as written and they came out perfectly. I could NOT stop eating these. I had a dinner party and brought these out with the desserts and my guests raved about them. These are definitely going to be part of my Christmas cookie baking from now on. I'm a fan!

Macaroni and Cheese V
I really liked this recipe - it's good old-fashioned comfort food! I used whole-wheat pasta for a healthier kick, and instead of bread crumbs, I crushed whole-wheat crackers. I served it with a salad and it was great!!

Bread Pudding II
I don't come from a 'bread pudding' background at all but I really enjoyed the taste of this recipe. I found the texture a little mushy and will reduce the number of eggs to 3 the next time I make it. Also, the raisins were dried out and a bit scorched so I would either nix them next time or buy a different kind of raisin. Other than that, my whole family really enjoyed the flavour and it's going to be on our table for Christmas breakfast!
