Bread Pudding II
I don't come from a 'bread pudding' background at all but I really enjoyed the taste of this recipe. I found the texture a little mushy and will reduce the number of eggs to 3 the next time I make it. Also, the raisins were dried out and a bit scorched so I would either nix them next time or buy a different kind of raisin. Other than that, my whole family really enjoyed the flavour and it's going to be on our table for Christmas breakfast!
