Aloo Matar
I cut down the ingredients, but not the spices, since I was just making it for me and figured I could handle the spices...big mistake, there was WAY too much salt. I think it's got potential though, so I'll try it again.

Penne with Mango Chile Sauce
Sauce took a really long time to thicken, it wasn't until the next day's leftovers that the flavours really came together and stood out. It was great then, though!

Good, but the olives tend to overpower the dish.
