Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies II
These came out great! I even made the recipe vegan by using vegan butter and egg replacer. Delicious!

Banana Oat Muffins
These are delicious! I even "doctored" them a bit by adding walnuts and chocolate chips. I made 6 huge muffins and they are fabulous!

Mimi's Giant Whole-Wheat Banana-Strawberry Muffins
These are delicious! Perfect for breakfast. To cut the fat even further, I replaced all of the oil with applesauce.
