Microwave Corn on the Cob
This was the easiest thing ever! I'm thrilled that it's not just easier than boiling; it's BETTER TASTING! I did one cob for 3 minutes and it was perfect.

Mrs. Reagan's Persimmon Pudding
My mother makes this every Thanksgiving and it always get rave reviews from all guests. Takes a lot of time and there are a lot of ingredients but it is so worth it. A very special dessert.
