Fatoosh

This tastes as good as the salads from the Middle Eastern restaurants around here. It's easy to make and delicious!

Louisiana Crawfish Etouffee

Had to rate this a 5 to offset Kern's review. The 3 cups of water are to cook the rice in, not to add to the Etouffee.
