I am a wife and a mother to two beautiful kids. They are two and four, so our life is really busy. I love to cook and bake ... I can never decide which one I like more! I love to bake chicken, make cheese sauce, chili's, soups and in the summer anything we can get on the grill. Well Christmas cooking baking is right up there at the top, I also love cooking for family and I look forward to starting new traditions with my kids. Figuring out dinner on a very low budget. This has been one of the biggest challenges for me. I'm horrible at salvaging. Even if I know somethings not going to turn out I can't wrap my mind around how to fix it, I just have to proceed, knowing it won't be good.
