Zucchini Brownies
Spectacular brownies! I'll be making these again and again! As indicated by other reviewers, this does look a little funny going into the pan, but don't let that fool you. These brownies are so rich and chocolatey, you don't even need the frosting!

Tanya's Louisiana Southern Fried Chicken
I followed the recipe as written and found the chicken to be way underseasoned. If I try this again I will be doubling the amount of seasoning or maybe adding it to the flour instead of the liquids so that more of it adheres to the chicken. The chicken was really moist and juicy, it just lacked a lot of flavor.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
I will definitely be making this one again! It was by far the best mac and cheese I've ever had. The cottage cheese sounded weird to me, but it helps make this so rich and creamy. I did cut back on the bread crumbs as suggested by others, and I'm glad I did. I doubled the recipe but only used about a half cup of bread crumbs and it was plenty.
