Grandma Ople's Apple Pie
I am so disappointed, because I expected so much from this pie. I think the butter overwhelmed the flavor, and it was too rich.

Angel Hair with Feta and Sun-Dried Tomatoes
This dish was awesome! I followed exactly but added more olive oil, some sliced kalamata olives, black pepper & a bit of sea salt. My family loved this. I'll definitely make this again. It's super fast, too. I think this would be great with some shrimp or chicken to make a main dish.
