This recipe is EXCELLENT! I made it this Thanksgiving and it was a hit - even with non-pumpkin fans! I had to bake mine for over an hour (but it could just be my oven). I will definitely be making it again, and I will pass it on to all my friends!

This apple farfel kugel was a huge hit! It was a nice sweet treat at the seder. The only problem is that it can be a hassle to shred all the apples (I don't have a food processor). But it is worth the effort!

This recipe is delicious! I am a newlywed, and this is our first Passover together. I have impressed both his family and mine with this mandelbrot! As other reviewers have noted, I cut them into slices when still warm from the oven. I will definitely be using this recipe for years to come! Thanks Joyce!
