Easy Lemon Chicken and Rice
I served this over noodles vs the rice and needed to add a bit more cornstartch to thicken the sauce, prob because of the lack of race. Regardless this was bland. Did not care for it at all. Won't make again.

Salmon with Tomatoes
Really quite good -- don't omit the Parmesan! It really makes the dish. Only changes -- used 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper in place of hot sauce because I didn't have any on hand. No parsley because we didn't have any, and I upped the quantity of dill, lemon juice and paprika (doubled). I used a can of diced tomatoes and juice and served over plain brown rice. My sister-in-law ate it without the butter or parm (due to preference) and said it was delicious too. Will be making again and again! Thanks!

Straccetti
I disagree with others that this recipe is bland -- I thought the flavor was delicious. I used sirloin instead of flank steak as it's what I had in the freezer. I didn't stray from the recipe except that I used a bit more worchestershire sauce (eyeballed it) and attempted to thicken the sauce with cornstarch. It wouldn't thicken!! I think this recipe would be far more enjoyable if the sauce weren't so...runny and soupy. I probably won't make it again.
