Tofu Creamed Spinach
this turned out really well! to my surprise, it was quick and easy as well. I used frozen spinach without issue.

Wild Rice Casserole
love it. left out the mushrooms. doubled the rice and I think I could add a third box, minus the seasoning pkg. left out the chicken, and doubled the sausage.

Black Magic Cake
Made this as written, it was a very thin batter, and I greased the pans and lined them with parchment paper. It came out a two very nice layers. Very chocolaty and moist. Was a huge hit.
