Mimi's Giant Whole-Wheat Banana-Strawberry Muffins

One of the reviewers said it seemed like it was better as a loaf so i tried it and no it is not. maybe because i live at high altitude now im not sure how to alternate my recipes yet but the middle was completely gooey...i stuck it back in for about 20more minutes until the sides were burned...and it was still uncooked in the middle. i will try this again as muffins and see how it bakes. thanks for sharing the recipe it sounds great if i could make it right 8)

Banana Angel Food Cake

I should have read the reviews first like i usually do. The mistake i made was using baking powder instead of soda due to the instructions. Came out very wet and non angel food like...never making it again i should have used my ripe bananas for banana nut bread.
