Famous Butter Chicken
YUM!!! This was so good, I was so surprised. I dredged my chicken in flour first, then egg, then the cracker mixture. I used a few tablespoons of butter, but there wasn't much to drizzle over the top, which was ok because I flipped them halfway through and then sprinkled the top with shredded parmesan cheese. The chicken is so amazingly moist, but the coating is not crispy (if that is something you are going for).
