My husband LOVED this recipe! I browned the roasted before I added it to the crock pot and added rosemary, garlic, worcestershire, soy sauce and a can of button mushrooms. I used Guiness beer. It was fabulous, meat cooked perfectly and was so tender, I didn't even need to slice, it just fell apart. I will definitely be adding this to my favorites.
