Blueberry Buckle

This was excellent! I made it exactly as directed with absolutely no problem. Was moist, berries were juicy and they didn't sink. Batter was thick, but not as thick as I expected after reading the reviews. I always make a recipe as called for the first time and then am my own judge as to whether it needs modifications. Most times, it does not. I think the only thing I would change w/this recipe is that I'd just use brown sugar for the topping instead of the white. But the cake part was perfect!

Country Breakfast Casserole

This is an awesome holiday brunch dish. My family looks forward to it each Thanksgiving and Christmas! I always make it exactly as instructed, and it comes out perfectly.

Grandma's Chicken Noodle Soup

This was great chicken soup for the 7-year-old's soul (and mom's and dad's too!!). My little boy came home not feeling so great, and this yummy soup seemed to hit the spot! I added fresh ground pepper, Tony Chachere's (I'm a Louisiana girl ... I add Tony's to everything!!), 1 cup of frozen mixed veggies and 2 cups of frozen okra.

Easy Chicken Tetrazzini

Great recipe. Have made it twice, and second time was even better because I inadvertantly used milk instead of water...yuuumm! Was so rich! Also doused with fresh ground pepper. Perfect!
