Baked Beans II
This recipe was great. I also am from Canada so I used the Heinz beans and I ommitted the vinegar. I used half the sugar and added 1/4 cup of molasses as one user suggested. Very good, will make these again - though I think I'll take out the bacon next time, I didn't care for that much. Maybe if it hadn't been so fatty it would have been better.

Chicken Jambalaya I
I loved this dish. Get home from work and you still have time to make this. One thing I added was a tinsy little bit of cajun pepper. Nice and spicy - just make sure if you do that, you have a glass of water handy when you eat it. I've made this dish a couple of times now and you can add or delete ingredients as you like.

Dos Queso Dip
This recipe was excellent! I made it for a candle party I hosted and there was none left afterwords (AND there were only about 8 of us). It has just the right amount of spice to give it a great flavour, but didn't "spice us out". I served with warm tortilla chips as listed. I will definately make this one again and again.
