Everyone says I'm a great cook but I prefer to stick with just being a good recipe finder/modifier. I don't do anything where you can't pronounce or easily find the ingredients. We're simple people and we don't do a lot of fried stuff. I love anything I can do in the slow cooker since I have a toddler and sometimes I'd rather just play with him. Some things that family consider my specialities are meatloaf, baked ziti, brownies, homemade mac n cheese, anthing in my homemade sweet n sour sauce (meatballs, chicken, pork). Found a cheesecake recipe a few weeks ago and when I made it, IT DID NOT CRACK!!! Yay! I think I've gotten good enough that I can avoid too many tragedies.. unless of course my forgetful memory causes me to forget to set the timer!
