Potato and Bacon Salad
Good - needed something else though - I added some green onion, a few minced radishes, still needed some kinda of punch... Love the bacon and eggs in it! thanks

Beer Butt Chicken
This is a great recipe - I'm a little nervous about the paint on a beer can to do it (call me a parinoid mom) so I substitute a mason medium tall jar filled 1/2 with beer (be sure to grease the jar as it sticks when coming out) added some garlic, onion slices, rosemary and thyme then rubbed olive oil on the outside of the chicken (with a few herbs under the skin, the meat falls of the bone... family LOVES it! I have also tried it with fruit juice - very good as well...

The Best Pavlova
was very good - used vinegar instead of lemon juice - will make again, but the next time i think i'll put it in a little lower temp for a bit longer - it came out a bit brown and i like my pavlova to be like a cloud (just a personal thing) but the taste was perfect. thanks for the recipe!
