I had a good chuckle today as I read my profile from April 2003... stating that I had little cooking experience. Now almost seven years later I figured I'd best update my profile. I love cooking and baking! Spicy is best, sweet is a close second. I enjoy tailoring foods to my wants and needs. Down food Down! anything good. My only real cooking tradtion is making my great-grandmother's recipe for chocolate chip cookies as a thank you. These aren't the regular chocolate chip cookies mind you...there is a "secret ingredient" to make them really gooey! Hrm luckily a lot! Any cooking triumph is one where someone either says I want the recipe (and then calls again for it) or asks for seconds. Tragedies...um there isn't enough room here to list them all.
