Home-Style Scalloped Potatoes
Just what I have been looking for. I browned some pork steak in some of the butter and removed from pan added the rest of the butter to the same pan and made my white sauce. Other than that I followed the recipe exact. It turned out great! Don't ruin these true scalloped potatoes with cheese.

Good Ole' Southern Frogmore Stew
The whole family loved it! There was NOTHING left. I didn't change a thing but will have to put in some extra corn next time for the kids.

Oaxacan Tacos
Absolutely delicious! Maranite the meat in the lime juice and cilantro. Saute' the vegies, salt, and pepper, in a little oil. Then add your marinated meat. Do not over cook. YUM! YUM!
